A Big Ball of Lies

As I open my eyes, I listen to the sounds of nothing. My head is big and it’s throbbing, proving once again that alcohol is not the solution.
Dreams always find a way of haunting me, as if my life wasn’t hauntingly boring enough.
I think about last night. And the nights before. There was a time when things were easy, but now it’s not that time.
I hear words and I hear sounds and everything there is a big ball of lies.

Life’s not pretty.
Love doesn’t exist.
People aren’t nice.
Alcohol is really good.
Pills are good also.

Everytime I look in the mirror, the image of my depressed self stares blankly at me.
Everytime I look around the room, nothingness fills it.
I have red eyes and my thoughts gather in silence in between my eyebrows.
I am mad, but I lack my beautiful purple hat. I don’t even have a white rabbit and dust is all over my naked body.

Bruised and broken, but not finished, I look at the mirror, trying to find the door that can lead me to myself.
A clock is ticking somewhere, far away from me, and as I turn my back, a hand is materialised from the pale rays of sun.
The hand has a dagger, and I meet it’s silvery blade with a smile on my face. I am the big ball of lies and none of this is true.

Drift

And as I scream,
As I begin
Forgetting what I’m not,
I take a glance, I take a shot.
Through drunken times
And parallels,
Forgiving time
And selling dime,
I lost everything of mine.
The Gods forsaken,
Not awaken.
Silence fills my every pore
And I can’t stand the bore.

Placeless

I have no place in this world, no meaning, no light,
And through all this trouble I cannot fight
As I retreat and as I cry,
There’s nothing left for me but die.

Pointless

Strange poets meet strange dreams.
Nothing is what it seems.
And as I fall,
And as I crawl,
Beneath me is nothing at all.
Ripped and forgotten, without words,
I live here, in between worlds.
And if I never,
If I ever,
Be born underneath the waver…

The Book

My book of Mormons, my book of lies,
I hear a sigh and close my eyes.
Beneath the depths and the despairs,
Am I alone, without my airs?
And if I try, with no success,
I fail to pray for my God’s bless.
And if the nothings hunt me down,
I stand here laying without crown.

Poezie

Daca-ar fi usor de spus,
Nimeni n-ar avea de plans.
Dar cum viata este greu,
Tot asa ma plang si eu.

Fetele e rele toate.
Te intreaba si socoate
De n-ar fi usor, pe bune,
Sa fugim de tot din lume.

Fara reguli si pretentii,
Cu zero idei si conceptii,
Caci eu am decat o viata
Pana maine dimineata.

Si-am uitat casa va spun:
Pentru vers platiti acum.

Vers

Cate-n lacrima si stele,
Imi plac versurile mele.
Stau cuminte si le-aleg
De parca mi le culeg.
Dintr-o mie de cuvinte,
Le-as avea pe toate-n minte.
Dar nu-i loc numai de ele,
Caci si cratimele mele,
Virgulele si suspansul
Sunt ca muzica cu dansul.
Nu le-aleg la intamplare,
Caci de-o fac, tare ma doare.
Stau si ma gandesc ce-anume
Astazi as avea a spune.
